I forget my password, what should I do?

When you sign up a cloud account, please use a valid email address. So if you forget your password, please send an email to us from such email address, we will reset your password and send the new password back to you.

Please add our email address (support@minisipserver.com or support@myvoipapp.com) into your trust list to make sure that you can receive our emails.
